uncomfortable spa treatmentsspa provider

i was not completely satisfied the spa treatments seemed overly pushed i am aware they are third party contractors this situation made me uncomfortable and detracted from what would have otherwise been a relaxing stay i think the hotel should reconsider its partnership with that spa provider this issue significantly impacted my overall experience

the hotel location was convenient near the metro station. i found several restaurants nearby that stayed open late.. this made evening meals easy. the staff were helpful, especially ibtesam, nisha, and mubashir at reception. basement parking was available, and the design felt simple and elegant.

i noticed a slight mildew smell in the room.
